The Research About The Influence Of Music Appreciation To The Students’ Psychological Health Of The Vocational And Specialized Colleges

In the current society, under the condition of the market economy, competition pressures between individuals become bigger and bigger. They are becoming the inevitable problems for the college students. In the vocational and specialized colleges, the competition and pressures faced by the college students, especially from employment, made the students have growing psychological problems. Their psychologically healthy conditions are seriously worried.Based on the theory of music psychology, we discussed the significance, characteristics and content of music appreciation in the thesis. We applied the method of questionnaire survey, the interview method, the documentation method and the mathematical statistics to analyze the vocational and specialized college students’ psychologically healthy conditions. The questionnaire used in the thesis is SCL-90. We investigated about1000students from four vocational and specialized colleges. The results were analyzed with the help of Excel and SPSS17.0. We found that the psychologically healthy conditions of these students were unoptimistic. The score of each factor was higher than the average, which means the vocational and specialized college students’ psychologically healthy conditions are lower than the average condition.After we studied the vocational and specialized college students’ psychologically healthy conditions, we analyzed the influence of music appreciation to the college students’ psychological health from two aspects in details. On the basis of these, we investigated the concrete implementation measure that could make music appreciation promote the college students’ psychological health. About this question, we analyzed from three aspects, the aspect of the vocational and specialized college, the aspect of the music appreciation teacher, and the aspect of college students. By inducing the imagination and encouraging many kinds of emotion experience way, music appreciation thus promotes the college students’ psychological healthy. Through the corresponding music appreciation contents, we can improve some certain common psychological questions to obtain the maximized realization of the value and the function of the music appreciation.
