With the process of the new curriculum reform, teacher development and teacher’s quality development have been paid much attention to. In face of the comprehensive and complexity of middle school Chinese subject, how to improve teaching quality, comprehensive development of students and self professional development during their teaching,"reflection" provides a great number of middle school Chinese teachers with a new methods. It sets up a bridge between teacher theory and teaching practice, and is also an effective way to develop themselves and profession. By studying this essay, I hope to make middle school Chinese teachers fully aware of reflection characteristics, contents and means. At the same time, they can construct complete reflection on the system of teaching in order to put the new curriculum reform into smooth practice, providing middle school Chinese teachers with lesson examples.There are five parts in the whole paper. Part1:reface and chapter1. In chapter1,it discusses the problem put forward and decides the meaning of research and theoretical basis.By the survey results and analysis of middle school Chinese teachers reflection, we can know about their reflection situations, find problems, and analyses the factors which influences the teachers reflection. At the moment, we comb relevant research status from our own and western countries to get the shortcomings and sure footing. On the basis of the above, we can determine related concepts on middle school Chinese teachers reflection. Part2:chapter2, it gives an explanation of thinking process and contents of reflection. Contents of reflection are divided into3small parts. Teaching preparations, teaching process and class teaching. Part3: chapter3, from the beginning of teacher development stage theory,it studies reflection characteristics of middle school Chinese teachers at their different development stage and then concerns about teacher’s individual differences so as to persue different reflection methods. Part4:chapter4. It researches teacher’s reflection different routes and ways. Part5:Conclusion. It explains that middle school Chinese teachers must fully understand themselves. At the same time, according to their reflection characteristics, they will try their best to present their advantages and make up for shortcomings in order to do their reflection work well.So that they well become a professional and reflection teacher gradually.
