Moral Education Of Insurance System

With the rapid development of insurance business and standardized requirements on insurance business in state level, insurance employees have made great progress in their professional qualities, work capabilities and challenge consciousness. However, there appear some short-time actions like defamation on people in the same occupation, marketing on relationship, marketing by pestering and evil intentions on hiding law items to evade responsibilities, which seriously effect the profession reputation of insurance employees and corrupt its social reputation, thus ultimately hindering the healthy development of insurance business. Therefore, strengthening employees’ideological and political education is a critical task which largely determines insurance business development and is also an objective demand that assures long-term and continual development.Traditional ideological and political education on employees and insurance employees education give respective focuses on contents; the former one focuses on cultivation of ideology state and morality and the latter one focuses on the training of employees’loyalty, business culture, vocation morality and profession skills; moreover, there exits a lack of necessary connection and combination which leads to stiffness and mere utility in employees education, thus liveliness, energy or necessary public responsibilities are deficient. How to make ideological and political education in our country become vital and lively, how to effectively put traditional ideological and political education in present company management and staff education have become a hot topic in theory field; we have gained much achievement on ideological and political education of present staff from many aspects like traditional culture, company culture, company management and human resources management. Until now, it has broken through the sole publicity function in ideological and political education, and makes development and progress in management function, economic function and culture function; it becomes an organic unity with the leading thoughts of Marxist world value, outlook on life and value, with the expression form of business culture cultivation and with cultivation on professional skills as the practice carrier.In this paper, ideological education of insurance staff is studied, theory and practice method are combined, based on the ideological and political education principle, the rational element of business management and human resource management is learned. The status of ideological and political education for Insurance system in Jilin Province and the main significance of ideological education for employee are analyzed, the plight and reason of the ideological education of insurance employees are explained. In the last, the basic framework of ideological and political education of insurance employee is explored based on the organizational structure, financial security, examination and evaluation, construction etc.
