| In the new era,the country vigorously develops vocational education and emphasizes on strengthening ideological and political education for students.Secondary vocational education,as an important part of China’s vocational education system,should carry out the fundamental task of "establishing virtues and cultivating talents" in order to better cultivate outstanding talents of "both moral and technical training" for the country and society.The curriculum ideological and political teaching for secondary vocational schools to achieve the goal of education provides an effective way.Financial insurance major is a main major in the field of financial and commercial commerce,and the quality of its practitioners has a great influence on the development of the financial industry in our country.Therefore,teaching of specialized courses should attach importance to the teaching of students’ theoretical knowledge and ideological and political education in the same direction.However,at present,the implementation of the "Insurance Basis" course in secondary vocational schools is not in place,and does not give full play to the educational function of the course.This paper take "Insurance basis" course of the secondary vocational as the research object,and make designs of the curriculum ideological and political teaching research.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this paper,Based on of which put forward the research ideas and determines the research methods.The second chapter redefines the connotation of curriculum ideological and political thinking,analyzes the characteristics of curriculum ideological and political thinking in the new era,discusses the relevant theories,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.The third chapter,the author makes a practical investigation and analysis on the current situation of ideological and political teaching of "Insurance Basis" course in secondary vocational schools,summarizes the existing problems,and emphasizes the necessity of "Insurance Basis" course ideological and political teaching;The fourth chapter is the teaching design of ideological and political education of "Insurance Basis" course in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,teaching elements are analyzed,teaching design strategies are proposed,a curriculum ideological and political teaching model of "one core,two integration of three links" is constructed,and specific teaching design is carried out,focusing on the ideological and political elements in the course "Foundation of Insurance".Then,taking the chapter "Principle of Maximum Integrity" as an example,specific implementation details of curriculum ideological and political teaching are designed.The fifth part is to carry out ideological and political teaching practice of "Insurance Basis" course in secondary vocational schools,and then analyze the effect of teaching practice through students’ learning results and questionnaire survey,to reflect on teaching practice,and put forward relevant teaching suggestions;The sixth part summarizes and looks forward to this research,and analyzes the shortcomings in the research process.The research shows that the scientific ideological and political teaching design and implementation of the course "Insurance Basis" in secondary vocational schools,and the integration of professional education and core values education can effectively change students’ learning attitude,promote the comprehensive development of students,and be beneficial to help realize the talent training goal of secondary vocational schools in the new era.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the ideological and political construction of secondary vocational education curriculum. |
