Heilongjiang Province University Sports Professional Education To Implement The New "curriculum Plan" The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of Research

Content：In order to deepen the reform of physical training educational specialty inthe colleges and universities to improve educational and teaching quality and tocultivate the physical training educational talent for the quality education, the EducationDepartment published “The Curriculum Plan for National Ordinary Colleges andUniversities Physical Training Educational Regular Undergraduate Course” which isalso called “The Curriculum Plan” in the following in June2003, and it required thephysical training educational regular undergraduate course specialty in national ordinarycolleges and universities including physical training institutes, teacher-training institutesand universities to implement “The Curriculum Plan” from the beginning of the newterm in2004. The Curriculum Plan puts forward some principled ideas in terms ofcultivation objectives, cultivation standards, specialized curriculum fields and class hourallocation of the physical training educational regular undergraduate course specialty.The thesis uses document information method, comparative analysis method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method and is based on the currentsituation in which the new Curriculum Plan is carried out in the institutes inHeilongjiang. The thesis makes a comparison and a summary in terms of talentcultivation objectives, talent cultivation standards and curriculum establishment throughcollecting physical training educational specialty cultivation plan and related documentsof eight different types of the institutes of higher learning in the province ofHeilongjiang. The thesis analyzes and discusses about whether “The Curriculum Plan”is appropriate for the reforming needs of the quality education and basic educationalcurriculum or not by means of making a survey, an analysis and a research of thecurrent situation of physical training specialty cultivation objectives and curriculumestablishment of eight institutes of higher learning and discussing about the quality ofthe physical training educational talent in Heilongjiang. It also sums up the experienceand pursues the practical reforming plan suitable for Heilongjiang.
