Objective: vocational colleges assume the task to develop vocational and technical personnel for the enterprise factory; a healthy body is the basis of personnel training,but also to achieve the progress of talents material security. But in recent years, in the background of a general decline in China’s university students’ physique, how to cultivate physical and mental constitution of qualified vocational and technical personnel has become the urgent problem. According to the requirements of comprehensive development of national student body, in-depth studying and analyzing the subjective and objective physical evaluation of present situation of students in vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province, exploring the students ’health indicators internal laws, building factors affect students’ health system and finding ways to improve physical health of students, providing a reference for training students to form a good body judgment ability and physical, reflecting the important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.Methods: This article mainly used in the research process literature, instruments to measure, questionnaire, mathematical statistics method and other research methods.Research results and conclusions: 1 Heilongjiang Province vocational students in the height and weight indicators were higher than the national average of college students. Boys lower and malnutrition, overweight and obesity rates are higher, Girls lower weight and malnutrition are higher, physical exercise and nutritional intake of students need to be intervened. Body function indicators of students in vital capacity, Sit and Reach(female), pull-ups(M) are higher than the national average, standing long jump is below the national average, the quality of the student strength need to be strengthened.2 The failure and passing rates of Heilongjiang Province Higher Vocational Students’ Physical Health were higher than the standard ratio, in addition to the Sit and Reach indicators, the failure and passing rates of the indicators were higher than the standard ratio, and the good rate and excellent rate is lower than the standard ratio.3 Physical health of students changes with grade, fluctuations in the level of students’ physical health was mainly due to the change of habits and physical exercise.4Boys optimal clustering of the sample data is three clustering, 17.4%, 51.4% and 31.2%,;girls optimal clustering of the sample data is three clustering too, 42.9%, 41.0%and16.1%.5 Boys scored higher than girls on the subjective physical evaluation of each dimension, there are differences between boys and girls in the exercise of choice and persistence mechanism.6 Strengthening the body shape and strength qualities have a positive effect for improving the level of self-esteem of the student body. The boys not pay enough attention to the endurance and cardiovascular function. The girls body self-esteem judgments influenced by the social environment.7 Physical health of the students major influencing factors can be summarized in four aspects: genetic factors,lifestyle, sports and social environmental impact, including 17 specific indicators. And obtaining five common factors by factor analysis: the tendency to sports participation and capacity factor; eating habits factor; social environmental factors; Physical Education impact factor; lifestyle factors.Recommendations:1 according to the students’ professional characteristics,adjusting vocational colleges school sports, setting the appropriate sports teaching content, improving the physical fitness of students to adapt vocational skills, reflecting the characteristics of higher vocational colleges Physical Education. Attention should be paid to the school sports disciplines value, enhancing the level of students’ health.2teachers to choose physical education teaching content and focus should be purposeful,implementing "Health First" Physical Education Ideology, promoting the overall development of students and achieving the goals of the Physical Education.3Acquisition of sports skills is the protection of the students to exercise. Schools should strengthen the organization and management of the after-school sports activities,actively carry out extra-curricular sports activities, and protect the time of students’ physical exercise.4 By revising the mechanism of the students ’subjective physical evaluation, changing the orientation of students’ subjective evaluation of body,establishing a correct concept of health, to ensure that students can accurately determine their physical condition, and take the effectiveness of the measures.
