As a form of the basic education curriculum, School-based curriculum is playing more and more important role in the process of the reformation. In each region and each school, this curriculum is added to the construction of school-based curriculum. In the compulsory education phase, the school-based curriculum construction work has already started and obtained a certain effect on the language discipline in Changzhou area since September2003. Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the school-based curriculum construction also obtained corresponding development. Changzhou region has a long history and talented people, its deep cultural information contains rich curriculum resources. So, the school should have the intensive consciousness on the local resources. For the implementation of state and local course premise, to making full use of the local rich cultural resources, developing the curriculums which can really improve students’Chinese accomplishment, satisfying the student individual develop needs and having the language discipline characteristic. This curriculum also implements the party’s education policy effectively and promotes the education works.The paper takes the "Changzhou literature" as curriculum resources, points preface, text four chapters and the end, which for the language of school-based curriculum development and implementation of a certain thinking and planning.Preface profile The Chinese school-based curriculum, the origin, development of the definition, basic concept and the research idea of the "Changzhou literature"The first chapter The development of Changzhou region language school-based curriculum and the implementation of the present situation. Through the investigation and research, development, implementation, accumulation, experience and problems of Chinese school-based curriculum in Changzhou region were expounded. This essay aims at a comprehension of the implementation of the school-based curriculum.The second chapter The necessity and feasibility of the research and development of the Chinese school-based curriculum,"Changzhou literature". Firstly, through the building and historical evolution of Changzhou, this chapter defines the range of the characteristic of local writers and their works in "Changzhou literature". And then, this chapter expounds the necessity and feasibility of the research from both theory aspect and practice aspect. It includes the connotation and characteristics of this curriculum, function and value, the policy basis and resources, etc.The third chapter The content and arrangement of the Chinese school-based curriculum,"Changzhou literature". This chapter discusses the basic concept of this course, the arrangement, teaching material’s structure. And also, this chapter enumerates some examples in the content of this course.The fourth chapter The implementation and basic principles of the Chinese school-based curriculum,"Changzhou literature". The aim of the last chapter of "Changzhou literature" is to make a thorough explanation for the implementation and the basic principle of school-based curriculum. The implementation has two parts, including the general framework and the method. The basic principle includes five characteristics, specialty, subjectivity, practicality, collaboration and effectiveness.Conclusion This paper summarizes the research and development of Chinese school-based curriculum,"Changzhou literature". And it also points out that we need more cooperation and changes between the teachers and students. Then, the Chinese school-based curriculum will be implemented effectively.This paper effectively used the rich cultural resources of Changzhou region, expect to develop the school-based curriculum, which eventually improves students’Chinese accomplishment, satisfies the students" individuality development needs and has the characteristic of the language discipline. It also forms the correct outlook on life and the values, which offers rich spiritual resources for the students. Also this paper will provide some valuable teaching reference for the further construction of Chinese school-based curriculum in school. At the same time, it will help schools to implement the party’s education policy effectively and promote the education works.
