A Study On Present Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Of Secondary Vocational Education In Jiujiang Area

Secondary vocational education is an important constituent in the national education. Developing it can promote the economic development and fulfill the employment and maintain social stabilities and solve the issues of agriculture farmer and rural area crucially.The connotation and practical significance of the secondary vocational education is elaborated in this thesis by introducing the characteristics and models of five developed nations’vocational education. On the basis of studying of the course and actuality of the secondary vocational education development in Jiujiang to analyze and discuss the external and internal factors which influence the secondary vocational education development, the root causes of the problem are found out and the solutions to them are proposed in this study. So this study can promote and enhance the development of Jiujiang area secondary vocational education in a healthy and sustainable way and provide qualified talents for Jiujiang economic and social development.By investigating twenty secondary vocational schools, this study presents the actualities and main issues of secondary vocational education in Jiujiang area such as: fierce matriculation competition; deviation existing in professional construction and the market demand; the present teachers being not suitable to the development of vocational education; shortage of depth and breadth in school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning.To solve these problems by using foreign vocational education successful experiences, the countermeasures came into being and they are presented in this thesis as that not only the view of modern vocational education will be established but also and the levels of secondary vocational school of Jiujiang area will be promoted generally in these eight aspects as the following:(1) to create a good policy environment and social atmosphere for the development of vocational education;(2) to take measures to the development;(3) to establish a professional teacher training system suitable to the characteristics of professional education;(4) to boost the connection between vocational education and the market and provide talent support for local economic development;(5) to build life-long vocational education system。...
