In China,secondary vocational education plays an important role in modern education system.Presently,the graduates who were graduated from the secondary vocational school have been the main power of post-socialist modernization.However,there are still some problems which are anxious to be solved in the process of education.For example,the students can't have a perfect education in professional ethics.Cultivate our students to possess a quality of perfectly professional education,and we will promote their ability which is to apply to the society as well as their jobs.The most important thing is that this competence can make great contributions to our society.Based on a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in five secondary vocational schools in Harbin,combined with individual interviews,this paper finds that the teaching content is unreasonable,the teaching and practice are divorced,and the teaching methods and forms are single;the students neglect their professional ethics cultivation;their own professional ethics cultivation level is low.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from three dimensions: social individuals,schools and students.From the perspective of social factors,due to the rapid development of modern market economy,the overall level of citizens' awareness of public morality has declined,and it is common for them to tend to profit and forget their righteousness;the network environment is all-round,and more and more bad information enters the students' eyes,which affects the students to establish the correct three views;family members,especially parents,lack a good education concept,and cannot effectively guide the students' growth direction.From the perspective of school factors,schools do not pay attention to professional ethics education;lack of competent teachers.From the perspective of students' own factors,the students themselves have a superficial understanding of professional ethics,and the level of moral awareness can not meet the needs of the enterprise working environment,which is also an important reason for the unsatisfactory effect of professional ethics education.On the basis of the above research,this paper suggests that: in order to improve the level of vocational moral education of secondary vocational school students,at the macro social level,we should give full play to the advantages of enterprises,strengthen the supervision of the society on the network environment,and enhance the moral education function of families We should do our best to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of family education;at the middle school level,we should strengthen the attention of relevant personnel to the professional ethics education,encourage innovative methods of professional ethics education,attach importance to practical teaching,and at the same time,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of professional ethics education;at the micro personal level,students should be encouraged to reflect on their own shortcomings to promote their own development and establish a correct concept of professional moral development.
