Now social inclusion in education has become the most important issue forpeasant workers’ children in city and has received the extensive concern of the society.With the continued exploration of confluent education for public schools such asDecai Middle School and the academic, conflent education is considered to be aneffective way and attractes a wide spread attention. A new reform in curriculum ofelementary education has set a pattern of school-based curriculum development,which has provided a wide space and system safeguard for the confluent educationimplemention. Therefore, this study gives an analysis to the integrating demand ofpeasant workers’ children and the developmental environment by using such researchmethods as questionnaires and individual interviews, based on the theory of conflenteducation and school-based curriculum development. The author clearly gives thedevelopment strategy of confluent educational shool-based curriculum.The research is divided into four parts. The first part is a general survey of theconfluent education and shool-based curriculum development and proposes theresearch thinking,values and methods. The second part is a positive survey whichgives an analysis and research to the confluent demand for peasant workers’ childrenand the current situation of school-based curriculum development. The third part putforward the implementing scheme of confluent educational shool-based curriculumbased on the theory of school-based curriculum development and confluenteducation.The fourth part proposes the countermeasures in accordance with theseproblems during confluent educational school-based curriculum development.
