With the development of Chinese modernization and urbanization, the scale of peasant mobility has been larger and acceleration. Therefore, education of peasant workers’ children emerge as a problem as the times require. A large number of peasant workers’ children come into the city, but they can not enjoy equal rights with children of city residents to receive education.According to the investigation about the current situation of compulsory education of peasant workers’ children at Wuzhong District of Suzhou City,we summarizes the main problems of education of peasant workers’ children as follows:obvious unfairness of education, the assistance of government for the development of schools for peasant workers’ children is not enough, family study environment of peasant workers’ children is bad,etc. On the basis of analyses, the causes of the problems as follows:the household registration system and dual structure in urban and rural are unreasonable, educational finance system is not perfect, a lack of specialized agencies for management of peasant workers’ children, relevant policies can not be implemented effectively, the economic situation of the family of peasant workers’ children is inferior, etc.Since the implementation of reform and open policy, educational inclusion of peasant workers’ children become increasingly urgent, as to the difficulty of receiving education for peasant workers’ children, government should adhere to the actual situation of peasant workers as the starting point, accordingly, formulate relevant policies, to make the problem of educational inclusion of peasant workers’ children as the focus of the work. As presented in 18th CPC National Congress:" promote education equity vigorously, make allocation of educational resources reasonably, focusing on the rural, remote, poverty, ethnic minority areas, support special education, improve the funding level for students of poor families, promote the equality of education of peasant workers’ children actively, let every child can become useful talents. Encourage social forces participate in education, strengthen the construction of teachers’ team."In order to solve the problem of educational inclusion of peasant workers’ children, the paper research from five aspects, including the political, economic, cultural, education and Itself. In the political aspect, reform the existing household registration system, breaking the dual structure.in urban and rural, improve laws and regulations, guarantee the compulsory education of peasant workers’ children; In the aspect of economy, increase investment, learn from the experience of western countries, trying to implement the " compulsory education voucher", encourage and guide the social positive pay attention and support to education for peasant workers’ children; In the aspect of culture, mobilize the power of the schools run by social forces fully, form a good atmosphere of caring the education for peasant workers’ children, make full use of media publicity and community coordination function; In the aspect of education, improve the level of school for peasant workers’ children, strengthen the construction of teachers in schools for peasant workers’ children, care about learning and mental health of peasant workers’ children; In the aspects of their own, parents should set a good example, and strive to create a good learning atmosphere, students should have positive attitude, overcome their own problems, make great efforts to integrate into the new environment.
