Title Of The Thesis For Research On The Realization Of The Full Employment Problem Of College Students

In recent years, with the growing number of the college graduates, Graduates Employment phenomenon has become a general problem in the whole society.In this article, the author described the difficulty of the graduates’ employment status. There are three main employment issues involved:First, the imbalance between the number of graduates and jobs; Second, the students’employment expectations are too high; Third college students’ psychological problems due to the difficult employment.Based on these phenomenon, the auther analysis the reason of making the employment difficult. The phenomenon is believed that employment not only effects individual mental health, but also caused great waste of human resources, and not conducive to economic development and social stability and harmony in poor areas. In order to offer some suggestions to solve the contradiction of this reality, the author figured out some suggestions and strategies through a large number of journals, books and other related information, such as the recruiting observation, from college students, schools and employers. Analyzing the solution of the social aspects of college students which causing job difficulty through the following aspects:First, the students should constantly improve their ability and competitiveness, the role of self-rapid transition, improve themselves through constant practice employability; Second, school education, social practice should pay attention to encourage innovation, according to the market demand leading to talent management training, high-tech talent and personnel skilled labor; Third, enterprises employing should have the right concept of using people, and communicate with schools to reserve their needs. Fourth, the government should provide policy support, to establish scientific and rational set of employment opportunities for university graduates long-term mechanism to seek the healthy development of education and employment.Finally, hoping this article is able to ease the employment pressure and make contribution to the promotion of the employment for the university students.
