In the education reform, the group of teachers is a kind of inhomogeneous group. Teachersmainly according to the weighing results of Interest choose whether and what extent toparticipate in or support of education reform. The different assessment results of the educationreform’s cost and benefit make the following four types of teachers’ interest groups: reformpromoter; the fittest; the lost and the actor. Within this group, there are various teachers’conflicts of interest. If we can not very well coordinate these conflicts of interest, teachergroups will be the retarding force or resistance of education reform. Therefore, to solve theseconflicts is the key point of promoting education reform. The purpose of this study is deepgrasp teachers’ conflicts of interest in theory, through the analysis of the problem’scharacterization and the interdisciplinary study of its diversified source. The author doesn’tstay in specific empirical analysis, this study more is not the operation manual of coordinatingteacher groups’ internal interest. But the author through different perspective analyzes itsdiversified source and its positive and negative utility, to correctly understand and grasp theinhomogeneous teacher groups’ conflicts of interest from the theoretical perspective. Thisresearch will provide people with a kind of thinking framework which can observe andanalyses the inhomogeneous teacher groups’ conflicts of interest in the education reform.Based on the utilitarianism theory and the social conflict theory,the author firstly analysisthe connotation of teachers’ conflict of interest and its specific characterization in educationalreform. In the second part of this thesis, the author absorbs the other theories andinterdisciplinary deeply explores its multiple roots from subject theory, target theory, systemtheory and teachers’ culture that four angle. Because the teacher subject,the effective supplyof object of interest,the education system changes,morphology of teacher culture and otherreasons,Various forms of teacher conflict of interest is inevitable in education reform.Thenteachers’ conflict of interest has what kind of impact on the cause of education reform?Teachers’ conflict of interest is a double-edged sword, we should dialectically treat conflict,cannot walk the binary opposition one-dimensional analysis path: on one hand, teachers’conflict of interest will destroy the education reform; on the other hand, teachers’ conflict ofinterest can arouse the vitality and creativity of teachers. In the third part the author illustratesthe premise of achieving teachers’ interests in the process of education reform orderly andreasonably:(1) the fundamental interests of the teachers’ groups are consistent;(2) teachers’subjectivity basis, based on the principle of sympathy, teachers will have a sense of commoninterests, as a "rational economic man" in the education reform, teachers are also continuingto pursue the "utility maximization".Finally, to realize the coordination of teachers’ interests we should follow the principles ofjustice, the interests of rights principle, the principle of coordination of independent rights andprocedural principles, and based on this, The basic way, the concept of path and system pathto unify, we will truly achieve the goal of the coordination of the teachers’ conflict of interest.
