Since the beginning of reform and opening up, people’s moral Outlook thanpreviously has been greatly improved, responsibility was becoming increasinglyimportant topic of attention. But on the other hand, China’s rapid economicdevelopment in recent years and the transformation of sci-tech progress significantlyahead of the cultural and value adjustments on the order of, in this crucial period ofsocial transformation and change, there have been some discord, such as: lack ofmoral indifference, justice, integrity lost. Based on the universal concern of socialdevelopment, we began to re-examine and thought, responsibility for the developmentof a nation and a country of great significance. Responsibility as a country and anation required the development of quality, and is used as a subject to enrich theschool moral education in China and construction of moral education.In this study, theprimary school of Changchun City, K cases, trying to achieve the moral education onthe moral responsibility to educate school-based curriculum design.In this paper the author is using a combination of theoretical research andempirical research.Literature collection, analysis, synthesis is an important part ofthis study.In the K primary moral responsibility to educate school-based curriculumdesign process,Inspection sorting through the literature, theories of moralresponsibility, moral responsibility, education, and school-based curriculumdesigned to have a system to understand.In empirical research, this study using thecase study method.Author depth K primary, in a natural state of practice, morein-depth study from the perspective of the event participants.Through in-depthpractice, an overall analysis of K primary, through direct observation in the field tounderstand the current situation of moral education in schools and school-basedcurriculum at every stage of the actual situation,Through observation, investigation,analysis and discussion, exploration strategy in practice, gradually, in accordancewith the order of the school-based curriculum design K primary moral responsibilityto educate school-based curriculum design.The text of this paper is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the research topics reason put forward the significanceof the study and methods.The second part of the paper defines the concept and theory Reviewsection.Define the concept of responsibility, moral responsibility, as well as schools and moral responsibility to educate and cultivate the sense of moral responsibility,research and school-based curriculum design theory of Kohlberg’s moral developmentare reviewed.The third part,for K primary analysis of its moral responsibility to educateschool-based curriculum design background.The fourth part of the K primary moral responsibility to educate school-basedcurriculum design process, part of our core content of the research. This section,including the determination of curriculum ideas, school-based curriculum designideas combing, the overall goal of the formulation, content and system construction,as well as the design of the unit lesson plans.The fifth part, from the professional development of teachers, curriculumleadership of principals, the cooperation of universities and primary and secondaryschools in three dimensions discussed the significance of school-based curriculumdesign, this study conclusion.
