Introducing the research background and currentsituation, discussing the topic of reasons, analyzing the relevant literatures areproviding a reference for further study. At the same time, presenting the research ideas,research methods and data handlings.The second part is Changchun preschool teachers’ professional pressure situationinvestigation. The results of the study show that: The majority of preschool teacher’soccupational pressure is at the medium condition.The third part is Changchun preschool teachers’ occupational stress sourceanalysis. Social, kindergarten, children’s parents, children and the teacher’s ownquality are the main sources lead to teacher’s professional pressure.The fourth part is preschool teacher’s professional pressure strategies. On thebasis of research, put forward from the society, education department, thekindergarten, and teachers’ effort, various cooperation, meet the teacher’s professionalpressure strategies, ensure that the preschool teacher’s mental health.
