The preschool teacher’s occupational pressure, is one kind of tense emotionexperience which generally refers in the preschool education, in the particular workenvironment, social affect, family support and so on unhappy stimulant with menacecontinue to affect preschool teachers. It includes in social, in preschool, the teachersthemselves and the family, as well as factors all caused by the negative emotionexperience.This study to Changchun preschool teachers as the research object, through thequestionnaire survey and observation, interviews and other methods for preschoolteacher’s occupational stress on the investigation, analysis the current situation,looking for the causes of stress and related factors of preschool teacher’s occupationalpressure, and on the basis of the corresponding reasonable solution countermeasures,in order to ensure that the preschool teachers’ mental health, they can make with fullenthusiasm, devoting themselves to their children’s education. As following, thispaper is consisted of four parts:The first part is to raise issues. Introducing the research background and currentsituation, discussing the topic of reasons, analyzing the relevant literatures areproviding a reference for further study. At the same time, presenting the research ideas,research methods and data handlings.The second part is Changchun preschool teachers’ professional pressure situationinvestigation. The results of the study show that: The majority of preschool teacher’soccupational pressure is at the medium condition.The third part is Changchun preschool teachers’ occupational stress sourceanalysis. Social, kindergarten, children’s parents, children and the teacher’s ownquality are the main sources lead to teacher’s professional pressure.The fourth part is preschool teacher’s professional pressure strategies. On thebasis of research, put forward from the society, education department, thekindergarten, and teachers’ effort, various cooperation, meet the teacher’s professionalpressure strategies, ensure that the preschool teacher’s mental health.
