In our country, has been widely used in education fieldsummative assessment, only for the students in the process of learning movement technicalskills to evaluate, regardless of their physical learning attitude evaluation. Because thestudents in physical quality, physical fitness, and other aspects of the basic level is uneven,have high low, this can produce such a phenomenon: basic level is good students are often notthrough the amount of effort to get a good result in the last; Conversely, some foundation isbad student, even if is very hard study, but by their own foundation quality influence, buteventually still cannot obtain very good effect, still mediocre.These phenomena eventually cause: the foundation is good students get complacent, atordinary times the learning and training idling about, also indirectly weakened the basis ofpoor student’s enthusiasm, make its increasingly bored learning and training. At the same time,because of the teacher in the teaching not in time to get the students about learning situationof information feedback, also cannot on the student’s learning of the specific conditions of thecorrect judgement and effective control, this to the future development of the students isharmful. Therefore, the current our country higher school sports professional students’ sportsstudy result of the evaluation method to reform, it is extremely important.In view of China’s common higher school sports professional with traditional summativeassessment is a means, the students in the learning process of physical education learningresults the current situation of assessment. This paper, the evaluation of the formativeassessment in the basketball general course basic technology application effect in the teachingand study, the change of the poor to present situation, for in ordinary higher school’s physicaleducation curriculum reform the development, providing more valuable reference.
