Teaching work is the primary responsibility of a teacher. The work includes t he teaching process and teaching test. Therefore, we need to work in the teaching process and teaching evaluation, achieve scientific and efficient. Information techn ology as a maturing tool has penetrated into all walks of life, The applications of "Internet+" have become a new era of the times. So in the context of informati on technology, teachers how to choose the learning way in the teaching process h as become a topic of the times.In this paper, we based on the assumption that under the background of mult imedia, the autonomous learning way is more efficient than the traditional teachin g method at the aspect of improving learning outcomes to do the teaching experi ment. In order to verify this conclusion, Firstly, for reducing the test error, the three gr oups will be done diagnostic test which is relevant to historical knowledge, to ensure tha t the master degree of knowledge of the three groups are at the same level. Secondly, w e set a multimedia autonomous learning in the first two groups and take a tradition multi media teaching method in the third group. Then test promptly after the learning process t o analysis the differences of learning effects between the first two groups and the third gr oup, so we can demonstrate the authenticity of the assumption-- whether the "multimedi a autonomous learning way more efficient than traditional teaching methods can improv e the effect of learning" is true or not.Finally, setting a test between the first two group s. We emphasize the exam is choice problem in the first, and the second group is examin ation questions which are stressed in material. After the test, we can survey the differen ce from the scores of the two groups.Next to interview individual students of one or two groups, the content is a round "history assessment method in the autonomous learning conditions will affec t the way of review", and then to analyze results of the interview and the test, w hich further demonstrates whether the "the autonomous learning method in multi-media environment is more capable than traditional learning to effectively improve the learning effect" is set up. The guidances of learning mothods and evaluation mothods under the background of information teachnology are teaching and the re ference appendix’ two aspects in history learning. It relates to the scientific and eff ective of the teaching process and the reference appendix process. If we can prop erly handle these two segments,which will help us to optimize teaching process a nd the reference appendix process under the background of information teachnolog y, it is benificial for us to establish the modern teaching concept and enrich our t eaching theory, so as to further promote the educational reform, make history teac hing radiate new energy. It will also help us to improve the information literacy i n the teaching of history, and promote the integration of information technology a nd history teaching, which will help to improve the teaching effect. The research s hows that autonomous learning is more capable than traditional learning in the backgrou nd of information technology to promote the improvement of students’ learning level.Th e guidance of the teacher’s assessment mode for knowledge will also affect the performan ce of students, and the assessment mode of clear guidance will promote students to revi ew targeted, thus improve their performance correspondingly.
