This article through the experiment using experimental method,mathematical statistics method, literature method, expert interviewmethod methods for the youth kickboxing players in training, competition,the effective ready to activities of the experimental study indicate thatevery young athletes have their own heart rate and effective for activitieseffectively heart rate recovery; Young athletes prepare activitieseffectively heart rate and heart rate recovery effectively, can form a goodtaekwondo for its competitive state (the best combination kicking kickingtime) to provide theory support.Prepare activities availability is youth kickboxing players in thegame and appeared in good training against one of the important factorsof competitive state. Heart rate number is to some extent directly reflectsthe body function condition index, and then reflect the effectiveness ofpreparation. Exercise physiology shows that: in the high intensity intraining and competition will make the heart is at the best cardiac outputstate, sports heart rate in120~180physiological changes between times/min.This research use "0.618method" theory, using the "goldensegmentation method" theory, the best sports heart rate120~180/mininterval segmentation, select the best heart rate low value (x2-x1) x(1-0.618)+x1=(180-120)0.382+120=143/min and high value(x2-x1) x0.618+x1=(180-120)0.618+120=157/min, the selectionof the heart rate and high value in low again experiment, when ready toactivity in low and high value to the heart rate when?...
