For a long time,There are much problem in high school political curriculum. All these problem reflect that political curriculum are short of cultivating students’thinking ability. Cultivating thinking ability is the long-term and arduous task and the urgent needs in tendency of education reform. This article strive to explore how to using multimedia teaching model in high school curriculum to cultivate students’thinking ability through analysing the nature and feature of thinking ability.This article can be divided into five parts.The first chapter briefly introduce background,purpose and method of this research.The second chapter detailed discusses the related problems of multimedia teaching model from the level of theoretical and practical The third chapter mainly discusses the issue of using multimedia teaching model to cultivate students’thinking ability in political course for senior school and forward the multimedia teaching model based on cultivating students’thinking ability.The fourth chapter forward resolution strategy according to these problem existing in this political curriculum.The last chapter mainly summarize the weakness of this research and look forward to the follow-up studies.
