Research On Digitization Resources Construction For Cultivating Educational Technology Ability Of Normal School Students

According to the ministry of education issued 《primary and secondary school teacherseducation technology ability standard (try out)》. The author finds the definition of educationaltechnology ability, then the author bases on several aspects of the educational technologycapacity to build the digital resources of the modern educational technology.To begin with, the author understands the situation for Normal School Students’Educational Technology for cultivating the capability of the Digitization ResourcesConstruction based on the literature analysis. The author finds a lot of problems in theresources construction of Modern Education Technology, for instance, the pertinence ofresources are weak, resources management is not optimized, resources have no evaluationsystem, the update of the resource is slow, and a lot of digital resources are one-time orcopying from books.Furthermore, the author understands all demands for all aspects of resource of NormalSchool Students’education technology ability by the questionnaire investigation method. Thisinvestigation is mainly from learners’ analysis; it let the author understand demand for allaspects of resource ofNormalSchoolStudents’ educationtechnologyability.Last but not the least, the author designs and realizes the digital resources of moderneducation technology by BB platform. The author pays more attention to design resources andsecondary development the platform, it can make resources more accord with Normal SchoolStudents’ needs.This research has focused on learners’ analysis、 the author makes questionnaireaccording to the standard and resource management. After these processes, the author canmake the digital resource of educational technology capacity to meet Normal SchoolStudents’requirements.
