In this thesis, discuss on employment of Mongolian college students from Marxism and comprehensive human development concept. Nowadays reform of the education systemand higher education is increasingly popular. The number of college students increase in China Year by year, at the same time, since the presence of the economic development, talent markets and policy is imperfect etc, appears the difficulty in employment of college students. Inner Mongolia is not an exception, increase in the number of Mongolian college students also makes the difficulty in employment of college students has become more prominent.Marxism is the guiding ideology of the party and social development, from human comprehensive outlook on development to study the problem of employment of Mongolian Graduates undoubtedly the effective viewing angle of inquiry employment difficulty of Mongolian Graduates. The writer mainly used do cumentary, data analysis and other methods of research, In the case of the employment situation of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Graduates, Conducted a comprehensive study of the problem of employment about Mongolian Graduates.In this Paper first of all, elaborated the theory of Marxism and comprehensive human development. secondly, study the case on Inner Mongolia Agricultural University graduates. Compare the situation of employment about Chinese graduates and Mongolian graduates, proposed the reason for employment difficulty of Mongolian graduates on this basis. Finally learn from domestic and foreign college graduates employment theory and successful cases, proposed countermeasures as an angle of view on Marxism and comprehensive human development concept.
