Facing the new situation and meeting the new challenge, this thesis is mainly based on the further understanding of developing trend of course reform in and out of the country as well as the function of the reform of the national test system. The new type of synthetical school course of liberal arts in Mongolian middle schools and the teaching type in the ethnic areas have been sought and formed. On the basis of researches into the relationship of three-grade courses and the development of the main part of learning, it is certain to develop the process, teaching type, and enforcement step of the school course, so as to seek a new good way to adapt to the ethnic group, the local area, and the school feature and to train some Mongolian talents with high qualities.
