Research on community youth become more and more popular amount social work research since the government clarified the word "community youth" in2002in shanghai. Nowadays, the study on employment of community youth is a research focus of community youth research. At present, the existing research on community youth employment mainly focus on the difficulty in finding jobs and employment assistance, ignoring a problem amount the community that community youth are not lack of employment opportunities. But after they get employed, how long could they keep their job. Many community youth caught in the cycle of Employment-Unemployment-re-employment-re-unemployment. The key to solving employment problems of community youth is to stabilize their employment. This research focus on community youth employment stability, based on the paradigm of internal and external influence, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research method to identify internal and external influence factors affecting on the stability of employment of community youth. Internal factors or micro factors, including physical, psychological and sociality factors; external factors including the medium and macro levels. The medium level including factors from family, groups and the school while the on the macro level including cultural, institutional and organizational aspects.
