Community social work is not only one of the working methods of social work,but also an indispensable part of contemporary Chinese social welfare system.It is a social work practice in which social workers face the community and residents,use professional methods to solve and prevent various community problems,and improve the level of community welfare,in order to promote community development and social progress.It is an important channel for community residents to obtain social public services and enjoy public welfare.With the modernization of national governance capacity and the transformation of government function role,community social work service provided by government purchase service began to get rapid development,and social work service organization became the provision of social work service.Community social work service is an important carrier,and the quality and quantity of community social work team from institutions is the most important.At present,there are many problems in the social work industry in our country,such as large mobility,unreasonable structure,low professional skills,short supply and so on.The unstable employment of community social workers is not only not conducive to improving the welfare level of community residents,but also an important factor that hinders the long-term development of social work in our country.This study is based on the practice of social workers from non-governmental social work service organizations entering the community to carry out community social work under thebackground of government purchasing social services,this paper analyzes the actual situation of employment stability of community social workers in Suzhou City.Based on questionnaire survey and qualitative interview,and through data review,multi-consultation,comprehensive understanding of the work of community social workers and turnover intention and other issues.The research finds that the demand for social work service in our country is increasing year by year,and the demand for community social work service is mainly based on the demand of community social work service.From the supply side,the number of community social work service institutions and professionals continues to increase in recent years.We should ask.This is not only related to the late start of social work in China,but also to the fact that the overall mobility of social work industry is strong,and the employment stability of social workers is relatively low.This kind of worker's employment instability aggravates the contradiction between supply and demand of community social work service,and also affects the quality of community social work service.According to the questionnaire and in-depth interview,most social workers think that their work is unstable.After analyzing the questionnaire data,it is found that the social workers as a whole show lower job satisfaction and higher potential turnover rate.Differences of demographics such as "age","marital status","tenure of work","skill level" and other demographic variables in the overall turnover intention.In the analysis of job satisfaction scale,it was found that "salary and benefit","work development","supervisor leadership","work load","occupational identity" and turnover intention had a significant negative impact.Each dimension has a predictive effect on turnover intention.Combined reality According to the results of evidence analysis and interview,the dimensions of personal trait and job satisfaction were reintegrated into five aspects: "salary and benefit","career development","workload","interpersonal relationship" and "personal trait".The factors affecting the employment stability of community social workers were discussed.On the basis of this research,in order to enhance the employment stability of community social workers,we call on all sectors of the society to pay attention to the status quo of community social workers' work together,and suggest multi-angle andmulti-channel.To improve the job satisfaction of community social workers in various ways,such as increasing government support for the social work industry and raising wages and benefits;Social work organizations strengthen the skills training of social workers,optimize the career development path of social workers,implement humanized management by grass-roots government and social work organizations,and improve the intensity of work.The society strengthens the professional social work education,enhances the public to the social work occupation identity and so on,further enhances the community social worker's employment stability,To promote the healthy and long-term development of social work.
