In recent years,secondary vocational education has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.Practical teaching in secondary vocational education is an extremely important link.The on-campus training base is an important venue for the implementation of practical teaching in secondary vocational schools.However,there are still some problems in the on-campus training bases in secondary vocational schools,which do not serve well for employers and it is difficult to adapt to the training requirements for talents in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,further research on the status quo of on-campus training bases in secondary vocational schools is of far-reaching significance.This paper regards the status quo of research on the practical training bases in Guizhou secondary vocational schools as an entry point,and selects the Guizhou School of Vocational Schools as the research object for the mechanical and electrical specialization training bases in schools,through questionnaires,interviews,and field trips,from schools and teachers.Each level investigates the status of the base.Before the start of the project,the “Current Survey Questionnaire on Electromechanical Majors in Secondary Vocational Schools” and the “Interview Outline for Management Personnel in Secondary Vocational Schools’ Training Bases” were designed,as well as students of electromechanical majors in Guizhou Sansuo Vocational Schools.Questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted among training management personnel and training teachers,and the survey results were collected,analyzed,and analyzed.In combination with field investigations,actual conditions were recorded for the 16th-level electromechanical class,16-class elevator class,17-class electromechanical class,and 17-class elevator class for practical training classes for mechanical and electrical specialists.The final integration found the following problems: At the school level,there were mainly problems such as insufficient equipment,inadequate management,imperfect assessment mechanisms,and lack of specialized training materials;at the teacher level,there were mainly problems of lack of professionalism and a single teaching method.These problems have hindered the improvement of the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the actual situation of on-campus training bases and it is urgent to improve them to ensure the quality of teaching.Based on the problems found in the survey results,combined with the research status at home and abroad,this study collects and consults a large amount of relevant literature materials and occupational skills competition related data.After summing up the experience of previous people,it conducts a detailed analysis on each issue at each level,and finally tries to propose improvements.Strategy and advice.
