Communication in today’ssociety is essential to master good comunication skills is asmooth start,animportant guarantee for maintaining good inter personalrelationships,communication skills training gradually get more attention fromscholars.However,by the latest survey that the lecel of communication skills ofprimary school intermediate cadres and the masses of students there are greatdifferences,the cayses of this difference is how to narrow this difference needs furtherinvestigation analysis.In this study,a liter atureanalysis detailed exposition of the knowledge ofcommunication skills,the use of a questionnaire study at this stage the status ofprimary school students communication skills,clear the cadres and the masses of theprimary school classes for differences in students communication skills,use interviewsto understand the actual provide strong evidence for the exposition of thearticle,lastsurveyed the contents of a comprehensive analysis of the system to explore the pupilsas a class cadre impact of communication skills based on conditions and means,andthen indepth understanding of class cadre role of primary school studentscommunication skills,and finally,to make certain recommendations to improve thestatus of this problem.The main part of this study consists of five parts.The first and second class cadres andcommunication skills,both the oretical basis of a detailde statement defining therelevant concept,analys is of communication skills elements and the basic frameworkon focusrelated foindaton laid below;The third section analyzes the incestgation andthe status quo,mainly from two aspects,First,the pupols are divided into two groups ofclass cadres and the masses of students,respectively,from the secen dimensions of theoverall effectiveness and cimmunication skills of communication to esplore served asclass cadre communication skills,and then class cadres groups under the differentyears is subdivided into three levels,three levels in these grips than in communicationskills,the over all effect of the seven dimensions,further analysis of primary andsecondary students as a class cadre of years of its communication skills if there arerigid,and finally to draw relevant conclusions.The fourth part of the second pat of thestatus quo analysis of the basis,conditionsand means,indepth understanding of thecimcllusions f the impact of factors,and to lay the foundation for the fifth part.The last fifth pate corresponding improvement measures for today’s situation,how to improvethe communication skills of primary school pupils in the school under the premise.In this study,the theory with practice,focusing on two main themes of class cadres andcommunication skills to the actual investigation to systems analysis explore the pupilsas a class cadre on their communication skills.
