In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the importance of training teaching in secondary vocational schools,how to use reasonable training teaching mode,effectively improve students' practical skills and adapt to the work after graduation has become a concern of schools and enterprises.Through studying the current situation of practice teaching in many secondary vocational schools in Hengshui,we find that action oriented law is widely applied,but there are many problems in its application process.Aiming at the problems existing in the application of action oriented method in secondary vocational school's practical teaching,this paper improves it,and puts forward a practical teaching mode based on "work orientation + action oriented" method.Taking the major of the 13 schools in Hengshui as an example,it redesigns the training teaching link and the teaching implementation plan of the secondary vocational school.By using expert interview,literature research and case analysis,we get the evaluation index,and verify the rationality of the index by IPA(importance performance analysis)theory,and construct the evaluation index system of practical teaching effect in secondary vocational school.The AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and entropy weight method are used to determine the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index,thus the evaluation model of the teaching effect of the secondary vocational school is constructed.Practice teaching in Hengshui city with 13 secondary vocational schools of professional auto repair,show that the proposed "job oriented + action oriented method implementation,and use the evaluation model to analyze its application effect,show that the model can effectively improve the skill level of the students in secondary vocational schools,has practical application value for the secondary vocational school training teaching.
