In accordance with the proportion1:200of assistants to students and the real number of the college students, the number of assistants is about one hundred thousand. The assistants should have a clear understanding on their professional ethics, but the reality goes against. As we know, moral education plays a pivotal role in the higher education. The assistants, which are the teacher of moral education in university, must treat the moral education as the core of their work. The central leading body of the Party take our country civic virtues education seriously and energetically advocate the basic principles of professional ethics:loving their work, honest and trustworthy, working fair, serving the people and devotion to the society. The report of the16th Party Congress put forward that:in the basis of ethics to develop citizens’ moral level. We need to carry out "Outline of The Program for Improving Civic Morality" seriously, take serving the people as the core, collectivism as the principle, honest as the priority, wildly develop social morality, professional ethics and family virtue education, and pursue higher moral goals on the basis of the conduct code of the outline.As an old saying goes:be teacher with abundant knowledge, be model with lofty virtue. After be aware of their function in the university moral education, the assistants must lead by example, maintain teacher’s ethics, impart knowledge and educate people and be exemplary role-models. As a medical college assistant, they have to comply with higher standard requirements that are not only the general requirements of the socialist work ethic, but also the special medical principles of ethic on the basis of teachers’professional ethics.This paper aims at the development problem on the assistants’moral infrastructure in the medical college. The contents include the specific requirements of the general professional ethics in the assistants, what teachers’ professional ethics should the assistants have the problem of the specific professional ethics and the assistants’ professional ethics in the medical college, the reasons for the formation of the assistants’ethical issue and how to resolve this issue. The first chapters focus on the reflection of the assistants’ behaviors on social ethics. The second part’s main idea is to clarify that the assistants’ professional ethics problem is caused by the changes of the students’ characteristics, the assistants’ tasks and requirements, the work condition of the assistants and the concept of the assistants in the medical college. The third part is to analyze the reasons of the assistants’ professional ethics problem in the perspectives of individual quality, family, school and society. In the view of individual quality, personal professional knowledge and career plan have mainly effect on the assistants’ professional ethics problem. The family members’ attitude also exerts an influence upon the problem. What is more, the schools’ traditional education concept, the ignorance of the function of the assistants, the professional identities and the negative effect of the market economy are also the reasons for the formation of this problem. The last part of this paper is to study how to solve this problem. Corresponding to the part3, this part is also in four perspectives. The medical college assistants’ have to deepen their understanding of the medical professional ideological and moral education, industriously acquire related knowledge, raise their academic level, make career plan clear and establish a personal outlook, values on life. The family members’ support is the cornerstone of their career success. The school mainly reinforces the mentors’professional moral education, strengthen the assistant team’s construction, practically protect their interests, encourage them to innovate and improve their competence. In the social view, it is important to raise people’s awareness of the assistant professional ethics development and make the related regulations clear.The assistants are the main groups that are responsible for the moral education in university. They are not only the students’ moral and ethical education guide, but also the communicators and mentors of the students’ professional ethics education. They play an important role in the university development. Particularly in the medical college, the assistant must not only be with the university teachers’ professional ethics, but also meet the medical professional ethics demand. Even more, they are the specific instructor and director of students’ professional ethics education. This paper aims at having a tentative study on the development of medical college assistants’ professional ethics, hoped to make a certain contribution to the assistants’ professional behavior and the further study about this.
