Study On The Cultivation Of Professional Ethics Of Medical Students

Looking through Chinese ancient medical books,we can experience the rich Chinese medical professionalism,which provides us greatly valuable thoughts of medical professionalism.Today we can still build up our own medical professionalism based on these resources.This thesis aims at exploring the ideological roots of Chinese medical professionalism,and refining the spiritual connotation of medical professionalism from the vast Chinese medical books.The logical framework of this article,based on exploring the origin and development of inquiry spirit,progressively analyzed the past and present situation of Chinese medical professionalism,summed up the basic content of contemporary medical professionalism and the goal of medical students' professionalism cultivation,and at last stopped at countermeasures and suggestions to the cultivation of medical students' professionalism.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction,including research reasons,research purpose and significance,research methods and technical routes,statistical processing and innovation points.The second part mainly analyzed the professionalism and explored its origin,development and value.The third part contained the analysis of the past and present situation of Chinese medical professionalism according to the comparison and research between the ancient medical professionalism and modern medical professionalism,to find the deep reason of loss of modern medical professionalism.The fourth part summarizes the basic content of modern medical professionalism: occupational values,fine occupational attitude,good occupational emotion,noble occupational morality;cultivation goal: respect your work,love your work,eager to work,improve your work,protect your work,start your own work.The fifth part analyzed of necessity of professionalism education for medical students and reflected on the present situation of education through the questionnaire survey.The sixth part provided suggestions and countermeasures for the cultivation of medical school students' professionalism.On the one hand,corresponding curriculum system should be set up,on the other hand,practice platform ought to be fully built up.Simultaneously,corresponding evaluation mechanism must be established.At last we made a conclusion: medical school students are the future of the medical profession and successor of our country's medical industry,whose professionalism directly affects the moral construction and healthy development of medical industry.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of medical students' professionalism to enhance the occupational ideal together with self-discipline consciousness and habit good occupational behavior are both required by times and society.While studying at school,strengthening the cultivation of medical students' professionalism is of great significance for further rectifying unhealthy phenomenon among the medical profession,promoting the reform of medical system and the development of medical and health profession.
