Objective To study the effect of Swim on the Energy metabolization recovery of Disuse Atrophy of Skeletal Muscle on Rats through the tail suspension.Methods Sprague Dawleyda rats were randomly divided into five groups:Group A、 Group B、Group C、Group D、Group E.Group A breeding two weeks. Group B breeding, group C by the rat tail suspension method.D group and group E tail suspension after two weeks after conventional breeding group D. Finally Group B, Group D, Group E three groups testing CP、glycogen、total protein content and LDH activity.Results After the group A suspension compared weight and group C has very significant difference (P<0.01), B group weight and D group and group E with very significant compared the difference (P<0.01); After swimming experiment group D and group E compared with weight group B with significant difference (P<0.05). C rats soleus wet weight and the compared group A significantly reduced, has very significant difference (P<0.01). Group C rat soleus cross-sectional area group compared with A decreased greatly, have very significant difference (P<0.01), D group compared with group B is reduced, with significant difference (P<0.05). Group D rat soleus CP concentration and group B and E group, compared with significant difference (P<0.05). Group D rat soleus muscle glycogen content obviously lower than group B and E group, has very significant difference (P<0.01); Group D rat soleus total protein content obviously lower than group B and E group, has very significant difference (P<0.01). E rats, skeletal muscle activity of LDH significantly lower group B and D group, has very significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Swimming training can make rats after wet weight of skeletal muscle atrophy, cross-sectional area increases; CP raises muscle glycogen content and total protein content increased muscle activity, LDH reduction. Show swimming training can promote rats with skeletal muscle atrophy of waste recovery of energy metabolism, can promote skeletal muscle of the recovery of sports ability, thus the recovery has certain positive role.
