Community Children Under The Eps Social Work Intervention Model Participation In Capacity Building Research

With the rapid development of economy and society,meeting the people's pursuit of a better life has become an urgent requirement in the new era.Children's development matters to the future of the country.Promoting children's development requires not only guaranteeing children's rights to survival,protection and development,but also paying attention to children's right to participate.The Q community child council training project is one of the practical points for children to participate in the construction of friendly communities.In the project,adult supporters provide support in the process of children's participation in the deliberations,through co-suggestion convention mechanism,establishment of a deliberative affairs bank,determination of deliberations topics,formulation of research plans,participation in community research,completion of research reports,proposal reports,etc.Enhance the participation of children in the community.This study is guided by the EPS social work intervention model,based on the practice of the Q community children's council training project,and explores the participation of community children in capacity building.The literature review and sorting out the five aspects of the EPS social work intervention model,the application of the EPS model in social work practice,children's participation,and social work intervention for children's ability building.This research is based on the concept and mechanism of the application of the EPS social work intervention model in the Q community children's council training project,and specifically studies three questions:First,what is included in the capacity building of community children's participation?Secondly,in what ways does the project affect community children's participation in capacity building? Third,what are the effects of the project on community children's participation in capacity building?This study focuses on community children's participation in capacity building into four dimensions: community subject awareness,communication and collaboration capabilities,practical research capabilities,and decision-making capabilities;analysis of the perspective of EPS social work intervention model Play a positive role.Using qualitative research methods,through semi-structured interviews with children,project leaders,and members of the expert group participating in the Q community children's council training project,as well as participatory observations on the council's activities,and at the same time collect relevant information about the project.The study found that the cultivation of the community children's councilproject by establishing a platform for children's deliberations,using a strong perspective to encourage children to lead participation,and supplementing with the dual strength support of adults has brought positive results,which are specifically reflected in: First,through Discussing decision-making during deliberations,cooperating,thinking and exploring in research,strengthening and improving children's autonomy including community subject awareness,communication and collaboration capabilities,practical research capabilities,and deliberative decision-making capabilities;second,children participate in a series of community deliberations During the activity,sufficient autonomy space was given to stimulate children's autonomy and children's community participation increased;thirdly,in the process of participating in community affairs,close interaction between children,promoted adult participation in community interaction,increased community capital Stock.Therefore,this study believes that in the research and reflection on the Q community children 's council training project,we must create a friendly environment for children to participate,establish a long-term mechanism for children to participate,and provide multiple ways and channels for future child capacity building,Promote the promotion,replication,and sustainable development of children's councils,and then promote the sustainable improvement of children's participation in the community.
