Research On The Involvement Of Social Work In Building Resident Autonomy

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to accelerate the pace of the construction of national central cities and promote the development of urbanization in China.In order to implement the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress,China has made great efforts in urban construction in recent years.As an integral part of a city,community is becoming more and more important.Resident autonomy is an important part of community construction in China,and its effectiveness determines the progress of community construction.In recent years,the demands of community residents on the quality of social public services have become higher and higher.However,with the shrinking of available space in cities,the buildings become higher than before.So the life of community residents tends to be more and more closed.The residents' sense of autonomy and participation in community affairs have gradually decreased.Therefore,the author conducts relevant research on residents'autonomy from the perspective of community buildings.Social work abides by the professional value concept of self-help,mainly to help relevant institutions and individuals to develop their own potential.Social workers use case,group,community and administrative methods to coordinate social relations.The application of professional concepts and methods of social work to the study of residents' autonomy is conducive to preventing and solving related social problems and promoting social equity.Therefore,how to effectively use social work specialty to intervene in community building residents' autonomy,how to find problems in the process of community building residents' autonomy,and how to put forward effective countermeasures in the process of intervening are the problems that social workers urgently need to solve.The third public welfare micro-venture investment project "Happy Home-Building Autonomy Project"carried out by B community in H city is a social worker organization to guide community building residents to participate in it.Through the continuous advancement of this project,the participation degree of building residents in B community is constantly improving.Through the intervention of social work,not only the building residents' autonomous environment in B community is improved,but also the sense of belonging and harmony of community residents are enhanced.Happiness also promotes social and community governance,which provides valuable experience for exploring grass-roots social governance.In the process of social workers intervening in the community building autonomy project,they also encountered some problems,which led to the development dilemma of building residents' autonomy work.In the process of participating in building autonomy projects,it is found that most of the residents are not very enthusiastic when they carry out building autonomy project activities or meetings,and the number of residents who actively participate in project activities is relatively small.Secondly,the lack of professional theoretical knowledge of community social workers makes the progress of each project activities not smooth enough and the problems occur frequently.In addition,during the process of project activities,the work is frequent.The shortage of staff and volunteers makes the progress of B community building autonomy project slow,and the effect of guiding residents' autonomy and improving community construction work is not significant enough.Therefore,how to enhance the awareness of building residents' autonomy,how to guide residents' autonomy by social workers,and how to solve the problems of social work intervention in residents' autonomy have aroused the author's deep thinking.Based on this,this article will study community building residents'autonomy from the perspective of social work.By collecting and consulting relevant data,combining the relevant social work theories such as superiority perspective,empowerment theory,social learning theory and the practice process of building autonomy project stalling from the service needs of residents and enhancing self-government consciousness,this paper studies the self-government of building residents by social workers using social research methods such as literature analysis,interview and observation.To intervene and explore ways and means of social work for the construction of residents' autonomy.At the same time,explore new ideas of social work intervention in residents' autonomy,and provide innovative direction for community governance.Taking the B community in which the author participated as an example,this paper studies the building residents'autonomy,and puts forward pertinent suggestions on the problems arising in the process of social workers' involvement in the building autonomy project.In order to enhance the self-government consciousness of community building residents,improve the quality of life and happiness index of the majority of residents,and build a harmonious community.
