Research On Collge Students’Employability And The Influencing Factors

The College students’employability was proposed by the employment problems which are growing highly concerned about all the sectors of society.Based on the reality,fistly,this study analyzed the exsiting literature,defining the structure of employability of the college students. Secondly,we formed a formal sacal by collect and anlyze data from questionnaires and inerviwes to studens, teachers and human resources.Thirdly,we use the seal to measure780high-grades college students come from six different colleges of Hubei.Then,throgh the exploratory factor analysis,we conclude college students’employabiliy stucture model consists of five dimensions:team cooperation, the ability to analyze problems, problem-solving skills,self-study skills,the ability fo communicaitons.The result of the confirmatory factor ananlysis indicate the model fitting index is very good.And the reliability and validity exam shows that the scale have high reliability and validity.Then,we analyzed the difference of high-grade colleg students’employability according to the background variables of students,such as:school levels,gender,sbuject etc.And analyzed how the student and the higher education factor do efforts to their employability and its five dimensions.At last,some solutions and suggestions are showed. College Students’self-study skills and problem-solving skills need to be strengthened. It is necessary to enhance the cultivation of the humanities of non-literature and history education majors students by education regulations.Secondary level education, whether the party members can be used as one of the indicators of students’employability. Employability and school level is not positively correlated. Too much emphasis on screening role of education deprived of the right of students to the fair to find a job.The gender and original area differences should not be overemphasized. Teachers should enhance their teaching of professional courses. University club system should be improved. Colleges should strengthen practice teaching, reform the existing course structure and evaluation of students, improve teaching methods.
