The Research On Ways And Influencing Factors Of Students' Skill Generation In Physical Education Major In Colleges And Universities

Skilled human capital refers to certain capabilities and skills pocessed by human in life.Skilled human capital of Physical Education majors is a kind of professional knowledge and operational technique which are acquired from Physical Education major and then applied to Physical Education,extra curricular sports training and competitions.Through the research on generated path of skilled human capital of Physical Education major in regular institutions of higher learning in Shanxi province,this paper aims at helping to cultivate the abilities of teaching and quality education in institutions of higher learning,providing perfect sports talents for new curriculum reform in Physical Education.Research objects are Physical Education majors in institutions of higher learning in Shanxi province.Four representative institutions are selected from twelve in Shanxi province.1000 questionaires are handed out,with 840 back and 801 valid.There are methods of literature reviews,interviewing,queationaire,mathematical statistics and others.Based on the theory analysis of skilled human capital of Physical Education majors,questionaires are designed,handed out and took back.Adopting descriptive statistics,factor analysis,structure model analysis and others,statistic result is studied and analyzed,combined with other relative theories.Research result shows:(1)Amony present Physical Education majors of Shanxi province,the time for skill generated is mainly in high schools and universities.Most objects evaluate their skill level as middle.(2)During the early period of skill generated,students acquiredskills mainly by sparetime training,extra-curricular activities and school teaching before university.School teaching and extra-curricular activities stay dominant position.(3)Through exploring factor analysis,influence factors of skilled human capital of Physical Education majors are divided into four aspects: organization of school,teaching of teachers,students themselves and environment.(4)Through the relation research among skill generated path,influence factors and skill level Physical Education majors,it turns out that "environment factor" has the greatest influence on "skill level" and in early period of skill generated path,parents' support make a better participation in sports skill learning.Influence factors have certain effect on the later period of skill generated path.(5)To improve the generationof skilled human capital,following aspects need to be completed: completing Physical Education curriculum,improving quality of teaching,intensifing extra curricular training,strenthening the constrution of Physical Education teachers' team,promoting the construction of sports facilities,completing the evaluation methods,bringing the function of sports association or organization into full play,creating a favorable atmosphere,and others.
