Research On The Development Dilemma And Governance Path Of Rural Primary Sports Organizations

With the continuous advancement of rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation strategies,the economic development level and farmers’ living standards in my country’s rural areas have been improving in recent years,and the farmers’ demand for sports and fitness and other spiritual and cultural aspects has also increased.Rural grass-roots sports organizations are an important pillar for realizing the diversified sports and fitness needs of the rural people and promoting the development of rural grass-roots sports.However,the current development of rural grass-roots sports organizations in China is facing many practical difficulties,unable to meet the needs of rural people for sports and fitness,and severely restricted The national fitness strategy is being promoted in rural areas.Therefore,effectively solving the current practical difficulties of rural grassroots sports organizations and optimizing their functions are of great significance for comprehensively promoting the development of rural grassroots sports and guiding farmers to participate in national fitness.This article is based on the development of rural sports organizations at the grass-roots level,using literature method,interview method,case analysis and other research methods,in zigui county of hubei province in the town of A and B township two typical cases to A total of 23 people questioned in the poll conducted interviews,and using the grounded theory to analyze the interview data,intention understanding the current dilemma facing the reality of rural sports organizations at the grass-roots level and causes,and then put forward the solution of the targeted measures and optimize the path.Based on the analysis of interview data,this paper first studied the current situation of rural grass-roots sports organizations,analyzed the main types of rural grass-roots sports organizations,venues and facilities,funding sources and the development of grass-roots sports work.Secondly,the present development dilemma of rural grassroots sports organizations in the case was explored,which was mainly reflected in three aspects.First,the public sports service supply capacity of rural grassroots sports organizations was insufficient,and it was difficult to meet the needs of local residents.Second,rural grassroots sports organizations lack sufficient operating funds and resources,which limits the development of grassroots sports work;Thirdly,the subject of grassroots sports activities is generally limited in the case.In view of the above predicament,this paper believes that the main factors that cause the development predicament of rural grass-roots sports organizations include institutional factors,economic factors and social factors.Finally,this study believes that to deal with the difficulties faced by rural grass-roots sports organizations at present,we can start from three levels.First of all,we should attach great importance to talent construction and train difficultioung talents for rucd bral grassrooy ru-ts sports organizations.Secondly,under the guidance of the synergistic theory,multi-subjects jointly promote the construction of the rural grassroots sports organiszation syrstem jointly built and shaere should be society and village collective.Finally,the promotion of sports activities should be strengthened to enhance the awareness and enthusiasm of local residents to participate in sports activities at the grassroots level.
