Research On The Coordination Mechanism Of Youth Grassroots Sports Organizations In My Country

It is an important content of sports work in China to strengthen the work of young people and promote the development of youth sports.It is also an important guarantee for the implementation of the national fitness program focusing on the youth and the glory of the Olympic Games.As an important implementer of the youth sports management work,the young grassroots sports organizations bear the task of comprehensively strengthening the young people's physique,selecting and cultivating the young athletes' reserve talents.However,in recent years,the physical decline of young people,sports reserve talent selection bottleneck,athletes out of the way difficult,cultural quality and worrying and a series of problems all plagued the youth sports management workers,seriously restricting the healthy development of young grassroots sports organizations.The existing thinking mode and management method can no longer meet their development needs.Based on the systematic analysis of juvenile sports grassroots organization system,this study constructs the cooperative mechanism of young grassroots sports organizations based on synergetics theory.So as to provide theoretical reference for the coordinated development of the grassroots sports organizations in China,and to provide reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the cooperative development of the young grassroots sports organizations in practice.This paper analyzes the problems of the grassroots sports organizations in Jiangsu Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period by means of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and case analysis,and selects two cities in Xuzhou and Yancheng as examples.Through interviews with 36 youngsters and grassroots sports organizations,the interviews with 27 youngsters and grassroots organizations organized an objective and unbiased factual material for the study.The results show:1)China's youth grassroots sports organization system presents high,middle and early levels.Sports schools,sports schools are the highest level of amateur training in our country;children's sports schools,sports schools,individual sports schools and other intermediate organizations,but also sports traditional school,school school classes,school sports team,extracurricular sports Classes,youth sports clubs and other primary organizations.2)To achieve the coordination of grassroots sports organizations in China not only to consider the input,process,results,output,effects and other elements of collaboration,but also consider whether the organization can share resources,shared responsibility,to achieve win-win situation,Whether the synthesis,continuous,integration and other relations of cooperation.3)The formation mechanism,the operation mechanism and the restraint mechanism together constitute the cooperative mechanism model of the grassroots sports organizations in our country.The formation of the grassroots sports organizations and the synergistic management objectives of the grassroots organizations constitute the formation mechanism of the organization;the internal coordination,intermediate transition and external coordination of the grassroots sports organizations constitute the operational mechanism of the organization;the restraint mechanism of the young grassroots sports organizations Runs through the organizational mechanism and the mechanism of operation.4)At present,the two cities have adopted the cooperation of the city team(district)office,the school team,and the club to achieve a certain degree of collaborative progress;However,there are organizations within the grass-roots organizations,organizational processes,organizational results non-synergy;There is still a non-cooperative contradiction between the non-synergy of the project and the non-synergy of the athletes.There is a non-cooperative contradiction between the educational system and the school.There is a non-cooperative contradiction between the sharing of funds,sharing of human resources,sharing of infrastructure.The case of collaborative development of grassroots sports organizations in Xuzhou and Yancheng cities not only illustrates the necessity of constructing the cooperative mechanism of grassroots sports organizations in China,but also confirms that the cooperative mechanism of young grassroots sports organizations has a certain rationality.The research content and perspective of this study have some novelty.Through the comprehensive application of system theory,synergetics theory and mechanism design theory,this paper discusses the cooperative mechanism of multi-organization in the grass-roots sports organization system.At present,the article is rare,The research of grassroots sports organization system provides a new perspective.
