The Study Of Different Types Of Private Kindergartens’ Living Situation And Support System

Living situation of private kindergarten is a form that private kindergartensurvival and management in the daily life The living situation includes the status ofhuman resources, material resources, administrative operation, security situation.There is important theory value and practice significance to study the living situationof private kindergarten.In this study we first summary and analysis the relational study of the livingsituation. Then we use the self-compiled“Private kindergartens’ living situation”“Private kindergartens’ support system”questionnaires to survey fifty differenttypes of kindergartens（81headers of kindergarten,240teachers） in ShenYang(Home kindergarten, Individual kindergarten, The state-owend enterprise privatekindergarten, Chain kindergarten, Foreign kindergarten)combined the interview tocarried out the further research. The main results are as follows:1.Private kindergartens’ living situation is poor. In the five types of kindergartens’living situation from good to bad is: The state-owend enterprise private kindergarten,Chain kindergarten, Foreign kindergarten, Individual kindergarten, Homekindergarten.2. The living situation includes the status of human resources, material resources,administrative operation, security situation. To analysis the collection of statisticaldate, we found that every part of that exist significant differences.3. The support system of private kindergartens’ living situation is poor. In the fivetypes of kindergartens’ living situation from good to bad is: The state-owendenterprise private kindergarten, Chain kindergarten, Foreign kindergarten, Individualkindergarten, Home kindergarten.4. The support system of private kindergartens’ living situation includesgovernment support, social support, support for other departments. To analysis thecollection of statistical date, we found that every part of that exist significantdifferences.
