Nowadays,the rapid development of private education has aroused widespread concern in the educational systems.As a special group,the emergence of private teachers has brought a new force to the education systems.As an important part of teachers' team,the living situation of private primary and secondary school teachers should arouse the wide attention of the society.At present,the living situation of them has been improved,but there are still a lot of practical problems to be solved.What about the living situation of them now? What should we do and avoid of those problems? What kind of expectation do they have?In this paper,literature,questionnaire and interview are used to investigate the living situation of some private teachers in Dalian.This study is divided into four parts: the first part elucidates the reason why selecting this subject,meaning of the research,literature review,the significance and definition of the concept,idea and process of the research;the second part puts forward the living situation of t and main problems;the third part analyses the main problems affecting the survival of primary and secondary school teachers;the forth part makes some considerations and provides some suggestions.At last draws conclusions: Private primary and secondary school teachers have a good attitude to the working environment,and hope to further improve it;Private primary and secondary school teachers are not satisfied with their occupational incomes;The problem of social security for private primary and secondary school teachers has been improved,but it still needs to be further improved;Private primary and secondary school teachers have long working hours,tedious work and high work pressure;The physical and mental health of private primary and secondary teachers is not optimistic,and there is a trend of aggravation;The work overload of private primary and secondary teachers leads to their lack of time to study and promote professional development;Private primary and secondary school teachers have low professional identity.According to the results of the investigation,the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the living situation of private primary and secondary teachers: Improving the social security system;improving school management;improving the professional accomplishment.
