This paper using quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods to study private kindergarten teachers'living situation in Henan Province. Through observation, interviews and investigations of private kindergarten teachers, combining with the literature data and relevant theoretical research, researchers of this paper make an in-depth, detailed analysis in which the present situation, the influencing factors are analyzed. The researchers also provide a number of recommendations to improve the living situation for the kindergarten teachers.This paper is composed of five parts:Chapter I:Introduction. Private kindergarten is rapid development in a short time.How is teachers'living situation ?This study hopes to show the private kindergarten teachers'living situation in Henan Province,to analyze the influencing factors, to give some suggestions to improve their living situation,and to promote the healthy develoment of private kindergarten.Chapter II: Methods and Design of the Research.This research utilized literature ,questionnaire,and the interview to study. This paper used stratified random sampling method to servey 650 kindergarten teachers. moreover, a number of interviews with kindergarten principal and teacher to support research.Chapter III: Investigation of kindergarten teachers'living situation .The servey includes working conditions, working enviroment, job stress, professional development and subjective well-being. At last draws conclusions: 1.working conditions:Private kindergarten teachers salaries are not high, but issued on time. Only a few teachers to go through the five insurance payments. 2. Better working enviroment. Most of teachers on their physical environment and the interpersonal environment is satisfactory. 3. Work pressure, the teachers'pressure mainly comes from parents and children.4. Private kindergarten teachers have a strong sense of professional development, but the way is limited. Professional growth is mainly carried out various training, teaching and research activities of kindergarten. 5.The subjective well-being of the kindergarten teachers is at a middle level in whole. Chapter IV: Analysis of the influencing factors. Based on the presentation and analysis of the research results, the researchers found the influencing factors of private kindergarten teachers'living situation:Private kindergarten funding is limited , the allocation of funds is unreasonable; External management is insuffcient, the internal management is unscientific; Individual factors in kindergarten teachers.Chapter V: Based on the above findings, the researchers make the following recommendations: Expand the sources of funds, Distribute the funds reasonable; Enhance the functions of the external management, improve the mechanism of the internal management; private kindergarten teachers make great efforts to improve the present survival situation.
