Resilience can help individual buffer against crisis, pressure or the negative impact of atraumatic event and promote the healthy growth of good adaptation and positivepsychological quality. High school students are in the late adolescence, from immature to themature stage of body and that fluctuation is obvious. With various, high school students tendto have various psychological problems.Cultivating high school resilience is one of theimportant aspects to promote the development of students’ psychological health. The studyfrom the influence factors of resilience is a good way. Self-esteem is the resilience internalprotection. Social support is the resilience external protection factors, both of which have animportant impact on the individual. Studies have also shown that there exists a closerelationship among self-esteem and resilience, social support and resilience.This study used questionnaire for412high school students as the research object andused self-esteem scale of the Rosenberg, adolescent social support scale of Ye Yuemei et al,teenagers psychological resilience scale of Hu Yueqin. I discussed the relationship betweenself-esteem and the influence of the level of resilience on high school students caused bysocial support. Based on advance the suggestions of how to increase the elasticity of highschool the psychological. Order to enhance the mental health of high school students and thepsychological bearing capacity,I provide the reference. Research conclusions are as follows:1、High school students self-esteem level and social support are different remarkably inself-esteem higher than social support of girls is higher than boys;there exists significantdifferences in gender about resilience;Self-support and resilience are not different significantin grade.2、 High school students self-esteem and social support are significantly positivecorrelation;Social support and resilience are significantly positive correlation;Self-esteemand resilience are significant positive correlation. 3、Self-esteem of high school students has a positive prediction function on resilience.4、Social support of high school students has a positive prediction function on resilience.5、Social support plays a moderating rule between self-esteem and resilience.In the students of high social support-esteem could predict resilience, and in the studentsof low social support score, self-esteem could predict resilience. High social support is morepredictive than low social support.
