Research On Art Archives Management Of Art Colleges In Shandong Province

Art archives are valuable original records which are formed directly in the artistic practice of arts organization or individual in various forms. Art archives of art colleges are various valuable history records such as letter, chat, video which are formed directly in the enrollment, teaching, scientific research and management activities about arts of art colleges. Since reforming and opening, the higher arts education has achieved considerable development in our country, and art colleges have produced a huge mass of art archives. Art archives are the most characteristic archives of art colleges, they not only record the history achievements about art education and creation, but also carry the profound cultural accumulation of art colleges. Art archives work is the basic work of art colleges, and the same time it is also an important power to promote the culture and art in our country.In recent years, the Art archives work of art colleges has developed rapidly because of the highly values of our party and nation, art archives play an important role in the enrollment, teaching, scientific research and management about arts of art colleges. But because the school leaders, teachers, students and archives department had not fully understand the importance of art archives and lacking of funds and many other reasons, the Art archives work of art colleges are facing many problems such as weak consciousness of art archives, inadequate management system, backward management means, insufficient open degree and the lack of professionals.The objective of this paper is finding out the present condition of art archives management of art colleges in Shandong Province, putting forward the corresponding suggestion based on the empirical investigation, and hoping to improve the working level of art archives of art colleges. The art archives work is not a hot topic, and the existing research productions are less. Taking Shandong Province which is known for its large numbers of people who will choose art majors when taking part in the college entrance examination as he research object, and choosing the school archives of Shandong University of Arts and Shandong University of Art and Design which are representative in Shandong Province, the research adopts empirical approach. By analyzing the main problems and putting forward some Suggestions and Countermeasures which are easy to operate, in the hope that useful to the improvement of art archives work level of art colleges in our country.
