Social Work In The Application Of College Students Interpersonal Problems

After entering the campus, college students in life and psychological aspects areunder great pressure. Many poor students are relying on their own hard work on the "ivorytower", but due to the range around the imbalance of economic development in our country,combined with poor college students their own economic condition limit, their standard ofliving and way of life, habits, and college students generally have some difference. Shabbyappearance often makes them feel small, worried about being looked down upon by others,or the original caused by poverty and laughed at by others through psychological setbacks,and produce self-abased psychology, more withdrawn personality, don’t want to associatewith people, interpersonal obstacles such as problems gradually. According to the survey,poverty affect nearly half of all poor students interpersonal, make its reluctance to activelywith people, living quite closed;40%of the poverty students’ enthusiasm to participate insocial activities. This study aims to through qualitative research methods to analyze collegestudents interpersonal situation in our country, and through the actual investigation andinterview on the causes of college students interpersonal problems are summarized andconcluded, based on social work intervention in the necessity and feasibility of collegestudents interpersonal problems, and through social work practice model in case work andgroup work methods to explore the ways to solve the problem of poor students in collegesand universities interpersonal, effectively gave birth to the effectiveness of the educationmanagement work of impoverished undergraduates.
