Adolescence is the most rapid and obvious period of a person's physical and mental change,and the middle school students are at this special stage.Therefore,middle school students are facing a series of growth problems.There are various developmental needs,and interpersonal communication needs is one of the most urgent needs.However,due to the dramatic changes of social and economic civilization,the lack of school system and the lack of social knowledge among middle school students,the demand for interpersonal communication of middle school students is not satisfied,and even various interpersonal barriers exist.And the group work in social work can respond to these problems and supplement the traditional educational model.Based on this background,a comprehensive analysis of reference research on adolescents' interpersonal competence at home and abroad,this paper selected some middle school students group in L middle school grade two,according to the previously held group experience,the design of ‘sunshine weekend plan' group activities should be carried out on the use of group intervention of professional social work skills and methods,according to the application group work in promoting students' interpersonal skills in exploration.Through the assessment of the process of the six group activities and the evaluation of the results,this study draws the following conclusions: firstly,team work have a positive effect on improving students interpersonal skills;secondly,restricting the positive role of group work in middle school students interpersonal communication ability will be affected by the original family members;thirdly,middle school students to enhance the interpersonal skills will promote students' learning achievement to a certain extent improve.Then the author comes from confirming the positive effect of group work method in improving the students interpersonal skills,and team work from the core value concept,the theoretical background of group work and group work of professional skills and team members voluntarily put into four dimensions of the effectiveness of the group work.After the end of the group,the author contacted the team's school and family support network,and drawn two conclusions: 1.Group work must continue to have long-term effect;2.If we want to achieve good results,we need to intervene in the social support network of team members.Finally,the paper summarizes the practice and reflection on the whole process of group work,and puts forward two enlightenments from the following aspects: professional group work in school development and group work improvement.
