In the knowledge economy times, human resource management needs to addmore diverse cultural elements. Building cultural human resource management systemis the important breakthrough point to solve the problems of the human resources forthe new period. Although some experts in human resources melt Chinese traditionalculture especially Confucianism into human resource management of modernenterprise and present a lot of management theory, the function is not obvious inreality displays. This article is proposed to analyze the Confucianism applications inhuman resource management both in China and abroad, and then fully exploit thetraditional Chinese ideological resource of Confucian mean, take a deep research on ahuman resource management system in SH university of Shandong Province. Thisresearch will not only enrich human resource management theories to some extent,but also has certain significance in reality.Firstly, this article outlined the content of traditional Chinese ideologicalresource of Confucian mean; secondly, analyzing the behavior, problems and itsreason of a human resource management system in SH university of ShandongProvince. Finally,using the doctrine of the mean brought forward some solutions andmade operable and practical human resource management system.
