Tengzhou city is the most populous county with a total population of1700000people in Shandong Province. With the good county economy driven by the TengzhouCity, the process of the accelerating urban primary and secondary schools is grown, thenumber and scale of constant has a expansion. In order to promoting a new level ofmiddle and primary school teaching and management work, Tengzhou’ bureau ofeducation enhanced the pertinence further and the teaching work, promoted the schoolconnotation development, it has made a unremitting efforts characteristic developmentand sustainable development. In this paper, the teaching situation and strategy of middleschool physical education in Tengzhou city primary as the research object, using themethod of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematicalstatistics, comparative analysis method, logical analysis method, carries on thereorganization to the present situation of high school physical education development inTengzhou City, with a comparative analysis of part of similar schools developed area,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results show:(1) theTengzhou city’s junior high school physical education organization is perfect, most PEteachers think that the school leaders attach great importance to the school sports work;the schools are paid more attention to and utilization of school sports facilitiesmanagement.(2) the teaching guiding ideology of pluralism, and the implementationof the curriculum standard is also good.(3) the teaching content of physical educationtheory course teaching content rich, sports practice in traditional project characteristics;physical education teachers teaching methods, take administrative classes and interesthobby class two teaching organization form.(4) the number of PE teachers can meetthe needs of the age structure, there is a trend of young, educated degree, but the sports teacher title not reasonable, scientific research level is not high.(5) parts of thestudent’s extracurricular activity training time and the number of do not meet therequirements,"1hour of exercise every day to strengthen ".(6) the majority of theschool sports funds cannot meet the needs of teaching; allocation of sports facilities iscomprehensive, but the number of part of the school yard insufficiency.(7) comparedwith the developed area junior middle school in Tengzhou City, class size is too large;current situation of sports teaching management to be further carried out; the lack ofschool-based physical education curriculum characteristic; the extracurricular activitiesof students have great disparity in exercise time, form, content; physical educationteachers title, treatment, scientific research need to be improved; the need to increasethe indoor sports venue construction in order to meet the needs of teaching. Based onthe above research conclusion, proposed countermeasures are:(1) deepening thereform of physical education curriculum, the full implementation of the qualityeducation;(2) standard system of school physical education teaching work, increaseevaluation efforts;(3) improve the leader’s attention, the implementation of a soundmanagement system;(4) increase in traditional and emerging sports teaching contentthe development of school-based curriculum, physical characteristics;(5) theoptimization of physical education teachers, to improve the treatment of teachers;(6)seize the opportunity, enrich extracurricular sports activities;(7) promote the studentsdevelop the habit of physical exercise, lifelong sports consciousness;(8) strengthen thesports facilities construction and management.
