Since 2003,Yantai promulgated the implementation of the sports examination system has made some achievements,but it has also emerged a series of related problems in the process of implementation.With the development of the 2018 national conference on education,Yantai formulated the three-year action plan for school physical education of Yantai(2018-2020)based on the actual conditions of the city.According to the plan,Yantai will reform the system of physical education high school entrance examination and high school academic level examination to give play to the exam-oriented role.This paper through to the Yantai sports tests before and after the reform of the system of the comprehensive study on the junior middle school physical education teaching reform,the reform of physical examination under the opportunity of understanding now,in line with the actual conditions of sports teaching,aims to find the problems existing in the sports teaching and confusion,promote the vigorous development of Yantai junior high school physical education teaching,improve the level of student's physical quality,cultivate the students' lifelong sports consciousness.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,observation and logical analysis to investigate and study the current situation of physical education teaching in junior middle schools of Yantai.Starting with teachers,students,experts from the education bureau and sports managers of schools,this paper investigates and analyzes the teaching objectives,contents,environment and evaluation of physical education reform in senior middle schools,and makes an in-depth analysis of the impact of physical education reform in junior middle schools of Yantai.Studies have shown that the reform of physical education middle school entrance examination has improved the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students.But there is only one item in the physical education examination.The content of physical education is mainly the middle school physical education examination items,and the phenomenon of "exam-oriented" appears,which affects the cultivation of students' physical exercise habits;The course content is stale and dull,and the teaching content is repetitive and incoherent without cohesion;Students' poor physical education foundation affects the normal development of physical education teaching;The emphasis of teachers and students on sports is mainly reflected in the attainment of the physical education examination,the students' insufficient cognition of sports,and the weak awareness of sports.Sports resources still cannot meet the actual teaching needs;The overall quality of PE teachers is high and low,and the teaching quality cannot be improved obviously.Based on the investigation results and the actual situation of physical education teaching in junior middle schools of Yantai,the following Suggestions are proposed:1.The correct understanding and treatment of the P.E.examination system should be deeply aware that it is neither the goal of the school P.E.teaching,nor the root of the existing problems in P.E.teaching.Continuously perfecting the system of PE examination can only solve part of the problem of PE teaching.2.In order to fully reflect the students' PE learning situation and realize the relative fairness of the examination,we should increase the means of sports evaluation,add the items of the PE middle school examination and fully consider the students' interests and needs.3.By combining male and female classes with mixed classes and paying close attention to the organic combination of "teaching,practice and competition" in teaching to ensure the normal development of physical education,so that each student can get true feelings in sports,truly love sports,and develop the consciousness of lifelong sports.4.To establish the correct cognition of physical education and attach importance to the educational thought of physical education.To ensure the standardization of the school physical education curriculum,and to improve the quality of physical education teaching while improving the system of physical education examination.5.The sports resources can't meet the requirements,through the reorganization and transformation of simple equipment to play the multiple uses of equipment,the development of off-campus resources and other forms to maximize the development and utilization of sports facilities resources to meet the needs of physical education.6.From the PE teachers themselves and society two level increase the value of the PE teachers' status and practice bear,pay more attention to the humanistic care of physical education teachers.We should improve the quality of physical education from two aspects: improving teachers' professional quality and reforming the educational system.
