As Chinese International Education is booming these years, theoretical study and practical research on Chinese as a foreign language education has made great strides forward. Textbooks as an intermediary link connecting teachers and students is also the confluence point of the Chinese as a foreign language education theory and practice. So make cutting-edge research on the teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language can not only examine the practical application of advanced educational theory but also obtain feedback through practice research to create better conditions for the combination of both theory and practice.Nowadays based on a variety of preparation of the concept teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language have sprung up. But behind the seemingly prosperity there is the imbalance in the development of teaching materials:within the country, there are a variety of Chinese learning materials for foreign students and they are systematic and scientific. Meanwhile, outside the country, due to the reality of differences in national origin, age, educational background, there are a small number of boutique Chinese learning materials. The main reason that led to this situation is too much special factors need to be considered, and in the short run it is the best way to take overarching common teaching materials instead of specific teaching materials. But in this progress, there are a larger number of adult Chinese textbooks for universities and only a handful of Chinese textbooks for children in the primary and secondary schools. Even worse, there is a direct use of adult Chinese the chaos of the textbook in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language for foreign schools. Therefore in the reality of more and more students in the primary and secondary schools and even preschools starting to learn Chinese, it is necessary to study the compilation of teaching materials for younger adolescents. This is because the children have special physiological and psychological characteristics. We should seize their differences which help to better carry out the Chinese teaching in younger age and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of Chinese well speakers abroad."Chinese for GCSE" is in the right time and follow the current events. It is a series of Chinese textbooks worked by Confucius Institute Headquarters and British culture Council which is set for the overseas native English speaker in the middle schools. This paper is going to analyze the textbook, study the characteristics of Chinese textbooks on the sides of Chinese characters, words, text, practice and cultural elements for children and examine the real effect in the primary and secondary education in Georgia on the writing principals for foreign language teaching materials-such as targeted, systematic, practical and fun principle-in order to sum up the mode for the relatively rational junior Chinese textbooks for children. We hope this mode could provide a reference for the future foreign Chinese textbook writing when Chinese Education first enters a country or region.
