With the development of The Times, the advancement of modern civilization, theconcept of fair increasingly penetrated into all aspects of social life, people are pickingup the equal education problem more and more attention. Only in terms of educationfield, people’s pursuit to education fair has never stopped. Thought of modern educationconcept, education fair on macro point to education and education equality ofopportunity and equal rights equality of education resource allocation in three aspects;And from the micro level is mainly embodied in the fairness of classroom teaching.This article through to our country present stage middle school some of the unfairphenomenon in classroom teaching, tries to analyze factors that influence the equity ofthe classroom teaching.By applying several practical analyzing methods, the essay has researches theteaching fairness from the real life, especially focuses on the fairness of teaching ofjunior school. China has carried many reforms in education and wide discussions oneducation fairness. I read many books and essays about education fairness. So I make adeep thought of the teaching fairness and the real life investment. The literature review,observation, interview and quaternary survey are used in the essay. People can thinkaccording to these efficient methods. Several classes from two Changchun juniorschools have been investigated in this essay, which inquires the students. And I recordedtheir behavior.Then I make a question are on students and teachers from a class, comingup many realistic information. I compare and analyses these data, fromwhich I could see the cause of some problem and find out the ways of them. The essay can be divided into four parts. Part one raises the phenomenonof teaching fairness. Part two state several concepts, analyses the conceptsuch as fairness, fairness of teaching and call fairness on my research ofrelative magazines and bibliography. Part three I look into the causes andresults existing in class fairness after observing and question ring. Part fourfind the solutions to the existing problem, maximizing the education equal incitizens. Thus, each student could have the chance of education anddevelopment.
