Practical Exploration On Social Work Interferes In Educational Problem Of Migrant Children

Descendants of migrant workers are suffering problems such as private school’s poor quality of education,imperfect policy of high school entrance examination lack of family education, peer support and lack of social capital. These factors affect the migrant children’s enthusiasm in school and initiative to mobilize the initiative, thus they give up academic efforts and produce lower levels of expectations for their own prospects.The author use the perspective of social work in the internship process, by analyzing the current situation and reasons of education of descendants of migrant workers, using strengths perspective, social support theory, try to use cases, group social work methods to help descendants of migrant workers to face the reality of fathers flow in a positive way, restore the family, school, peer group support, develop the education enthusiasm of descendants of migrant workers to help them successfully realize their upward mobility and, ultimately, gain life development, achieve personal buffet.The author overcome many difficulties that limit professional services during the intervention and make deep analysis of the reason and the corresponding recommendations in order to achieved good results of the education problems of descendants of migrant workers.
