Private Colleges In Chongqing Sports Education Present Situation And Development Countermeasure Research

This paper is mainly to research the current situation of the physical education in Chongqing private university by investigating. The paper analyzes deeply its existing problems and restricting factors, and discusses the advancing strategy for development. It gives some feasible countermeasures and suggestions in the last.The research objects are22private universities which have the qualification to issue college diploma independently, independent institute included. The research means to survey the sports education management, sports teachers’construction, sports education, extracurricular sports and sports venues construction of Chongqing private universities. The paper uses the method of By using SPSS11.0to analysis the data, it comes to the consequence as follows:The physical management mechanism of Chongqing private universities is basically reasonable, but it should be further standardized, systematic and scientific.2.The faculty structure of Chongqing private universities has its own features. Meanwhile, the lack of scientificity, rationality and sustainability exists, and the level of scientific research is low.3. Sports teaching work lacks of creativity as the whole. The speed of teaching reform is slow. The work has not fully highlighted its characteristics.4. The construction of venues and equipment has taken shape, but it just completes the sports teaching task barely and can’t satisfy the work of extracurricular physical exercise and competition.5. The construction of extracurricular sports activities, sports clubs and sports team has their characteristics, but it needs further perfect and reform.In view of the present situation of Chongqing private universities education, refer to the relevant laws and regulations files issued by the Party on the basis of Chongqing actual situation.
